Terms

All vehicles are supplied with a full tank of fuel and should be refilled prior to return to Dubrovnik Rent, otherwise a charge petrol/diesel price per litre + 20,00 EUR refuelling fee will apply.

At time of pick up customers can purchase the full tank of fuel at a regular petrol station price and can return the vehicle with empty tank.

Insurance coverage for the vehicle rented includes Third Party Liability with a maximum cover of EUR 200,000.- for material damages.
Maximum cover for personal injuries is EUR 400,000.- per accidental event. Insurance coverage is limited to EU only.
For other non EU countries (Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia, Albania) above mentioned Third party Liability is additional charged 5,00 eur per each rent.
Excluded from the insurance is the use of the vehicle for the transport of dangerous goods. All insurance cover as part of the rental contract will become void, in particular, if an unauthorized driver has used the vehicle or if the driver of the vehicle does not possess the required driver's licence at the time of the event giving rise to claim.

Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection removes the drivers responsibility to a part of the vehicle in case of damage. If CDW or TP is not accepted the customer will be held liable for the full value of the car. If CDW or TP is accepted, customer is only responsible for thath amounts.

If CDW and TP are already included in the rates, the renter can choose Top Cover insurance to eliminate the Non-Waiverable Responsibility.
If Top Cover is accepted, customer is only responsible for the following (see under) otherwise: 0.- EUR
INSURANCE (Top cover) DOES NOT INCLUDE: Damage inside of the car, Underside damage of the car, Mirrors, Wheels/tIres, Lights, Antenna, Wheel caps, Wipers; Top Cover does not provide insurance for areas considered as a risk territory.

Cross Border Rentals are allowed to the following countries without any additional fee:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denamrk, Finland, France, Germany, Great-Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City.

In case of offence against Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions all insurances lose their validity.

DURING OPENING HOURS
Delivery and collection service is on request. Please contact the local rental station. Free delivery within city limits (or 10 km from closest Dubrovnik Rent office) during working hours. If the site of delivery is more than 10 km away from office during working hours: Outside city limits EUR 10,00 - plus EUR 0.50 per km will be charged. Delivery must be arranged at the time of reservation
OUT OF OPENING HOURS
Delivery and collection service is on request. Please contact the local rental station. An Out Of Hours surcharge of EUR 25,00 occurs for bookings out of opening hours. Free delivery within city limits (or 30 km from closest Dubrovnik Rent office). If the site of delivery is more than 30 km away from office: Outside city limits EUR 15,00 - plus EUR 0.5 per km will be charged. Delivery must be arranged at the time of reservation
